EXPERIENCE:

My practice consists of mainly divorce, probate, business matters, personnel
management, financing, corporate formation and administration and all civil and
criminal matters. I have a complete understanding of all aspects of business
administration, personnel, financing, and corporate management. I have handled
every sort of trial from murder down to misdemeanors, from divorce to personal
injury. I have great abilities in legal research and writing and case management. I
have been admitted to the bar of several states Pro Hace Vice and have appeared
as lead counsel on all matters. I have also taught part time on the college level on
all aspects of the law and business management. I also posses a North Carolina
Real Estate license.

In addition, I have a great ability in presentations and public speaking. I have
lectured on business and consumer law before numerous private and public
groups. I have spoken before numerous Church and civic groups on the subjects
of Christian legal rights and business ethics. I am computer literate on several
systems and available to travel as required. I am personally energetic and
professional in all matters undertaken. I possess an outgoing personality and am
a great motivator of individuals.

Certified by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to teach and
instruct in all areas of real property and to instruct for the NC Brokers Exam.

Certified Facilitator for Zenger-Miller. Said certification is used in over
one half of the Fortune 500 Companies for their front-line leaders in
business management techniques.

Admitted to the Florida Supreme Court and the Florida Bar
