ACHIEVEMENTS:
Mace Yampolsky successfully argued Riggins vs. Nevada, Case
Number 90-8466
before the United States Supreme Court on January 15, 1992.
Mr. Riggins' death sentence was reversed and remanded on May 18, 1992.
The court determined that Mr. Riggins was medicated against his will.
Mr. Yampolsky obtained an acquittal in USA v. Daniel Shane, et. al.
the "Computer Gang Case," in which 13 Defendants were charged in Federal
Court with over 500 counts of Illegal Gambling.
Mr. Yampolsky also obtained an acquittal in State of Nevada vs. Michael
Stone,
a first degree murder case in August, 1993
